Refund and Returns Policy
Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually, within 2-3 business days after it is placed, although, in some cases, we may need up to 3-4 business days to fulfil your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that.
Occasionally, some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens.
We do not offer refunds. If you receive a product in a damaged condition, we will offer you a replacement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping and returns
We absolutely guarantee that the perfume you purchased from www.karanvgrover.com is genuine and authentic. Once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund or replacements.
We carefully wrap all packages so that your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the courier company seems to let monkey’s jump up and down on the package. If you get a package and the bottle is broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email us with your order number at email@example.com, upon receipt of the photo, we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.
We request you that please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there is any problem.
